Remains found on Yearby farm confirmed as missing man Paul Kerrison, 31

Human remains found on a farm near Redcar have been confirmed as those of a man who went missing in October 2014, police have confirmed.

Paul Kerrison, 31, was last seen near New Marske on 25 October 2014. His remains were found in Yearby, near Redcar, in May.

Police said at the time he required regular medication for epilepsy.

A Cleveland Police spokeswoman said their "thoughts and sympathies are with Paul's family and friends".

She added that Mr Kerrison's death was not being treated as suspicious.
