Yarm and Middlesbrough jewellery raids: Eighth man charged
An eighth man has been charged in connection with armed robberies at two jewellery stores on Teesside.
Market Cross Jewellers in Yarm was broken into on 10 November 2014 and the Middlesbrough branch was targeted on 13 January.
A 19-year-old man from the Thornaby area has been charged with conspiracy to commit robbery.
He will appear at Teesside Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
Seven other men, aged between 19 and 31, charged in connection with the armed robberies, will appear before Teesside Crown Court on 8 January.
Six men, aged between 25 and 31, from the Manchester area, were reported for summons in connection with the incidents.
