Cyclist Robert Devlin death: Man charged

A man has been charged with causing the death by dangerous driving of a cyclist.

Robert Graham Devlin, 55, from Linthorpe in Middlesbrough, was killed on 17 November in Billingham, Teesside, in a road crash.

He suffered serious injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene on Haverton Hill Road.

Cleveland Police said a 45-year-old man had been charged and will appear at Teesside Magistrates Court next month.
