Middlesbrough murder inquiry: Man charged after body found

A man has been charged with murder after a body was found at a house in Middlesbrough.

Cleveland Police discovered a body at the home on Carlow Street at about 03:45 GMT on Saturday.

A post-mortem examination confirmed the man died as a result of a stab wound, Cleveland Police said.

A 26-year-old man has now been charged with murder in connection with the incident and will appear before Teesside Magistrates' Court on Monday.
