Hartlepool housing group seeks tenants' views

Tenants of a Teesside housing organisation are being asked for their views on its services.

Housing Hartlepool took over management of the council's rented housing stock in 2004 following a ballot by tenants.

The not-for-profit group is seeking comments on topics such as repairs and maintenance, neighbourhoods, anti-social behaviour, and housing services.

It said the answers will help it understand the changing and differing needs of householders.

Survey forms are being sent to a random sample of its 7,000 households, and those completing them by 21 February will be entered into a prize draw.
