Man's jaw broken in assault outside Stockton bar
A man needed surgery after he was assaulted outside a bar on Teesside.
The 32-year-old was attacked by a man outside Goldies Bar on the High Street, Stockton, on New Year's Day, but details have only just been released.
The victim, from Billingham, suffered a broken jaw and was treated at Middlesbrough's James Cook University Hospital.
His attacker was in his 20s, about 5ft 7in tall and wore a pink T-shirt and blue jeans. He had dark spiky hair.
After the assault, a man and woman spoke to the victim and police would like them to get in touch.
