Man charged over Brighton city centre scaffolding climb

A man has been charged with criminal damage and causing a public nuisance after a disturbance in Brighton city centre.

Jason Lee Nash, 26, of no fixed address, was allegedly shouting and throwing items from scaffolding in Bartholomew Square on Saturday.

He has also been accused of damaging office items belonging to Brighton and Hove City Council.

Mr Nash has been bailed to appear in court on 17 November.
