Lifeboat crew pull man's body from sea near Brighton Marina

The body of a man found floating face down in the sea has been pulled from the water near Brighton Marina.

A lifeboat was sent to an area off Ovingdean and a helicopter sent from Kent after the body was spotted by a member of the public.

RNLI crews carried out CPR while the man was taken to paramedics on the shore at about 10:00 BST.

He was pronounced dead later. Sussex police said his death is not being treated as suspicious.
