Timothy Smythe charged with killing homeless Faye Isaac in Brighton

A man has been charged with the manslaughter of a homeless woman whose body was found in public toilets in Brighton.

Faye Isaac, 39, was found by a cleaner in The Colonnade toilets in Madeira Drive on 22 November.

Timothy Smythe, who is currently in custody, has been charged with manslaughter.

The 52-year-old, from Brighton, is due to appear before Brighton Magistrates' Court on 15 May.
