Joao Esteves murder: No further action against trio

Three people arrested on suspicion of murdering a Portuguese man in Crawley will not face any further action, police have said.

Two men, aged 33 and 48, and a 22-year-old woman were detained after Joao Esteves, from Lisbon, was found in an alley on 19 January.

The 45-year-old was discovered with head injuries between Stephenson Way and Haslett Avenue East. He died later.

The three former suspects have been released from bail, Sussex Police said.
