A 17-year-old boy has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving in connection with a crash in West Sussex in which a girl was killed.

Jasmine Elkasmi, 16, from Bognor Regis, died when the car she was a passenger in rolled on to its side in Halnaker, near Chichester, in September.

Two other passengers - both 16-year-old girls - were seriously injured.

The teenage boy, from Tangmere, is also charged with causing serious injury by dangerous driving.

He will appear at Worthing Magistrates' Court on 20 February.
