Crawley attack: Two charged with grievous bodily harm

Two men have been charged with grievous bodily harm and robbery after a 35-year-old man was seriously injured in an attack at his home in West Sussex.

The victim, who remains in a serious condition in hospital, was beaten in a flat above a shop in Gossops Parade, Gossops Green, Crawley on Monday.

The two men were arrested nearby in the early hours or the morning.

Magistrates in Crawley have remanded them in custody to appear at Lewes Crown Court on 11 January.
