A third man has been arrested on suspicion of the murder of an antiques specialist who was beaten to death outside her Surrey home.

The body of 50-year-old Robyn Mercer was discovered in Walton Road, West Molesey, on 14 March.

She died from multiple blows to the head, according to post-mortem tests.

Surrey Police said a 25-year-old local man was arrested on Wednesday on suspicion of her murder and was being held in police custody.

Two other men held in connection with her killing, a 52-year-old detained on 14 March and a man aged 25 arrested on Thursday, have both been bailed until 20 May.

The force said the investigation into the murder of Ms Mercer, who worked at JH Bourdon-Smith in Mayfair, west London, was "ongoing".

Fellow art and antique specialists described her as an "extremely kind-hearted lady".
