A man has been found guilty of the murder of a man whose body was found in a flat in Surrey.

Andrew Savage, 47, of no fixed address, was convicted of the killing at Guildford Crown Court.

Co-defendant Gareth Wheeler, 46, of Victoria Road, Farnham, has already pleaded guilty to assisting an offender.

The body of Glenn Hack, who was 41, was found in Farnham in July last year following concerns for his safety.

A post-mortem examination found he died from multiple injuries.

When Mr Hack's family paid tribute to him last year, they described him a warm and kind man who was a "free spirit".

Savage and Wheeler are due to be sentenced on Thursday.
