Explosives case dropped against Warlingham man

The case against a 42-year-old man charged with explosives offences after chemicals were found by police at a house in Surrey has been dropped.

Duncan Railton, of Cramner Close, Warlingham, was charged under section four of the Explosive Substances Act.

Surrey Police said it sent a number of items off for analysis after being called to an address in Warlingham on 5 March.

Guildford Crown Court was told on 8 June the case was being discontinued.
