Cyclist killed in Walton-on-Thames crash named

A cyclist who was killed when she was involved in a crash with a car, van and tanker has been named by police.

Yvonne Wyeth, 55, of East Molesey, Surrey, suffered fatal injuries in the collision in Molesey Road, Walton-on-Thames, on 28 May.

The van driver was later arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, driving without insurance and driving while disqualified.

The 34-year-old local man was released on police bail until 26 June.

Surrey Police said an inquest into Ms Wyeth's death had been opened and adjourned. The force is appealing for witnesses to the collision to contact officers.
