Sudbury man's death treated as 'suspicious' by police

The death of a man whose body was found at a flat in Suffolk is being treated as suspicious, police said.

Officers were called to the address in Lucas Road, Sudbury, by an ambulance crew at 10:30 BST after they found the body of the man, who was believed to be in his 40s.

A post mortem examination is due to be carried out on Tuesday.

A cordon was in place around the flat and expected to remain there throughout Tuesday as investigations continued.
