A man accused of murdering a 50-year-old woman who was found dead in a car park is to go on trial.

The body of Mary Roberts was discovered off Risbygate Street in Bury St Edmunds on 27 March.

Andrew Ratcliffe, 56, of Wherstead Road in Ipswich, entered a not guilty plea during a hearing at Ipswich Crown Court on Friday.

He is due to return to the court to stand trial on 21 October.
