A teenage girl who fell from her horse in Suffolk died from a head injury.

An inquest into the death of Lucinda Woolley, who was 16 and from Chattisham, has been opened and adjourned in Ipswich.

Ms Woolley was taken by air ambulance to Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge, after the accident at Wenham on 7 August, but she died the next day.

The cause of death was listed as a subdural haematoma resulting from a fall from a horse.
