Teenager stabbed at Ipswich party

A teenage girl is in a stable condition after being stabbed at a party in Suffolk.

The 16-year-old was taken to Ipswich Hospital after police were called to Bilberry Road in the town at 22:00 GMT on Saturday.

Neighbours believe the party may have been organised by a teenager whose parents were out of the house.

An 18-year-old man was arrested and bailed until 19 December. The girl had suffered neck injuries in the attack.
