No charge after Sudbury murder inquiry arrest

A fourth person arrested over the death of a man found at his home in Suffolk has been released from bail without charge.

Patrick Baker was found at his flat in Blackfriars, Sudbury, on 10 April.

A 27-year-old man from Bury St Edmunds was arrested on 18 May on suspicion of perverting the course of justice.

A Suffolk police spokeswoman said his bail had been cancelled and no further action would be taken against him.

A 39-year-old man from Sudbury, arrested on suspicion of murder on 16 April, remains on police bail until 28 October.

Two other men have been charged with Mr Baker's murder.
