Course to curb under age drinking in Suffolk

Shopkeepers and their staff are offered a free training scheme in Suffolk to prevent sales of alcohol to children.

The course provided by county council trading standards staff discusses laws controlling age restricted products.

Those taking part will try to spot fake identification, see criminal interviews and examine footage of sales of alcohol to under age people.

The scheme is available to small to medium sized businesses in Mid-Suffolk, St Edmundsbury and Forest Heath.
