Special tours of historic Newcastle-under-Lyme sites
Historic buildings in a Staffordshire town have been opened for special behind-the-scenes tours.
Newcastle-under-Lyme Civic Society has organised open days for members of the public in and around the town.
The 18th Century Unitarian Meeting House, in Lower Street, and the 1833 Holy Trinity Church, London Road, are among the sites open.
On Friday tours took place at the recently-refurbished 1930s Lancaster Buildings.
Civic society spokeswoman Diana Bevan said: "So many people walk by, but now is the opportunity to go inside."
