Driver held after fatal collision on B5026

A man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving after a collision involving a tractor and a motorbike.

Paramedics were called to Broughton village hall on the B5026 in Staffordshire, between Eccleshall and Loggerheads at about 1000 BST.

The motorcycyclist, a man aged in his 20s and from Market Drayton, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the tractor, which was pulling a trailer, is being questioned.
