Four people arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder in connection with two shootings in Sheffield have been released on bail.

A boy and girl, both aged 17, and two men aged 19 and 20, all from Sheffield, were also arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit burglary.

A 26-year-old man was injured in the first attack at the Old Harrow pub in Main Street, Grenoside, on 26 December.

On 20 January, a 25-year-old man was shot in the leg on Penistone Road.

South Yorkshire Police said both the victims had since been discharged from hospital.
