Traffic police crime crackdown in South Yorkshire
South Yorkshire traffic police have made 38 arrests and recovered heroin and several weapons during what they described as a "busy" two weeks.
Among the arrests were three men caught at a service station allegedly selling a stolen vehicle using false plates.
A stolen truck and forklift truck worth £70,000 were recovered from Dinnington.
A kilogram of heroin was seized and three arrests were made following surveillance of a car travelling from London to Sheffield.
And a Sheffield man was arrested for breach of a court order. When his vehicle was searched the team recovered six Samurai swords, two daggers and a pair of martial arts nunchucks.
