Catherine Wells-Burr: Man remanded on murder charge

A third person has been remanded in custody charged with the murder of a Somerset woman found in the remains of her burning car.

The body of Catherine Wells-Burr, 23, from Chard, was found next to the A358 near Ilminster, Somerset, in September.

Tadevsz Dmytryszyn, 38, of Holway Avenue, Taunton appeared at Bristol Magistrates' Court.

Miss Wells-Burr's boyfriend, Rafal Nowak, 31, and Anna Lagwinowicz, 32, have been jointly charged with murder.

Mr Dmytryszyn is due to make a first appearance at Bristol Crown Court on Thursday.

Mr Nowak, of Willow Way, Chard, and Ms Lagwinowicz, of South Street, Taunton, are in custody and awaiting trial.

Miss Wells-Burr, a Bath Spa University graduate, was discovered in her red Ford Focus in a field in Ashill.
