My Family actor Kris Marshall charged over breath test
My Family actor Kris Marshall has been charged after allegedly failing to supply a breath test.
The 38-year-old was stopped in a Tesco car park in Wells, Somerset, early on Saturday morning.
He was charged with failing to supply a specimen of breath while being the person in charge of a motor vehicle.
He has been released on bail and is due to appear before South Somerset Magistrates on 13 October, an Avon and Somerset Police spokesman said.
Mr Marshall, who gave an address in Dulcote, Wells, is best known for playing Nick Harper in the BBC sitcom My Family.
He also starred in Richard Curtis's film Love Actually and has more recently been seen as one half of a couple in a series of BT adverts.
