Oxfordshire fatal three-vehicle crash: Man charged

A man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after a three-vehicle crash in Oxfordshire.

Thames Valley Police said it happened on the A415 near Ducklington at about 10:20 BST on 7 September.

A man in his 70s, driving a Peugeot, died and a woman in her 60s, driving a Mercedes Vito, was seriously injured.

Stephen Horwood, 37, of Green Hill, Oxford, was remanded in custody to appear at Oxford Crown Court on 22 December.

A white Ford Transit was also involved in the crash.
