Family pay tribute to Oxford cyclist after fatal lorry crash

The family of a cyclist who died after a crash with a lorry have paid tribute to the "caring" and "sociable" man.

Emmanuel Jacob died at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford on Friday night after a collision on the Wolvercote roundabout in north Oxford.

No-one has been arrested for the crash but police are appealing for witnesses.

The Oxford man had two daughters and his family said he would be "fondly remembered as the life and soul of the party".
