Wanted man arrested in Oxford child sex abuse inquiry

A man wanted in connection with an inquiry into child sex abuse in Oxford has handed himself into police.

An appeal was issued earlier this month to find a 35-year-old man by Operation Bullfinch detectives.

He walked into an Oxford police station earlier and was arrested on suspicion of child sex exploitation.

He was also held on suspicion of intentionally arranging or facilitating the travel of a person with a view to their sexual exploitation.

In June, seven men were jailed as part of the Bullfinch inquiry.

They were found guilty of abusing girls as part of a sadistic sex grooming ring.
