Man bailed over Nottingham street shooting
A 23-year-old man, who was arrested after a Nottingham man was seriously injured by shotgun pellets, has been bailed.
Police were called to Peashill Road in St Ann's at about 21:30 BST on Tuesday to reports of a shooting.
A 23-year-old man was taken to the the Queen's Medical Centre, where he remains in a stable condition.
Officers said the suspect had been bailed but remained in police custody on an unrelated matter.
Extra patrols have been introduced in the area.
A Citroen Saxo, which has been linked to the shooting has been recovered and is being examined by forensics officers.
