Northampton man arrested after Moulton cyclist dies

The cyclist from Moulton died in Northampton General Hospital
A man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving after a cyclist died following a crash on the outskirts of Northampton.
The cyclist, a 52-year-old man from Moulton, was hit by a people carrier at 06:25 GMT on Moulton Way close to the fire station. He died in hospital.
The driver of the people carrier, a 39-year-old man from Northampton, is being held in custody.
Formal identification of the cyclist is yet to take place.
Police are appealing for witnesses.
