Work on the £8.3m Corby Enterprise Centre, which aims to boost business in the town, has been completed.
The centre has been built next to the £30m Corby Business Academy and includes office, workshop and studio space for let.
It is part of the town's regeneration plan and is being billed as a "major boost to new enterprise".
Rushden-based builders Kier Marriott have handed over the building to Corby Borough Council.
The council's lead member for regeneration, Jimmy Noble, said: "We are very pleased to be able to get in to the enterprise centre and start making it a place where businesses can get the support and facilities that they need to develop and thrive."
