Former Langley School teacher cleared of sex offences involving underage girl

A former teacher at a Norfolk boarding school has been cleared of sex offences involving an underage girl.

Robbie Brittain, who previously taught at Langley School at Loddon was cleared at Norwich Crown Court on Friday,

The 29-year-old, of Kendall Way, Cambridge, was accused of engaging in sexual activity with a girl under 16, and abuse of a position of trust.

It had been alleged the offences took place with one girl in 2012 and 2013, but jurors found him not guilty.
