The Rover 75 car crashed into the Kiln House building in Pottergate
A man who crashed his car through the front of Norwich job centre has been jailed for 15 months.
Christopher Leeds, 35, of Fitzgerald Road, Norwich, had admitted dangerous driving and damaging property, recklessly endangering life.
Norwich Crown Court heard how Leeds crashed into the centre in Pottergate on 25 March after being frustrated by the service he received.
The building was evacuated but nobody was injured.
Speaking after the sentencing, Supt Dave Marshall said: "His actions put members of the public and workers at risk.
"I hope this sentence acts as a warning to other people considering taking matters into their own hands."
