Mark Hillman shooting: Man held on suspicion of murder

A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder over a fatal shooting in Liverpool.

Twenty-six-year-old Mark Hillman was shot twice in the back and found in Lloyd Close, Everton on 27 April. He died later in hospital.

A 22-year-old man from Kirkby has been taken into custody for questioning, Merseyside Police said.

Two men have previously been charged with conspiracy to commit murder in relation to Mr Hillman's death.

A third man was charged with two counts of assisting an offender and a section 18 wounding offence in October.
