Doorman stabbing: Kyle Crowe admits Liverpool Concert Square attack
A man has admitted stabbing a doorman in the neck at a bar in Liverpool's Concert Square.
Kyle Crowe, 21, pleaded guilty at Liverpool Crown Court to wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and possessing an offensive weapon.
Merseyside Police were called to Modo Bar on Concert Street at about 22:00 BST on Saturday 22 August.
The doorman was taken to Royal Liverpool University Hospital and treated for a serious injury.
Officers believed a group had approached the bar earlier in the evening but were refused entry.
Crowe has been remanded in custody and is due to be sentenced on 26 November.
