Man charged over fatal Toxteth stabbing

A 19-year-old has been charged with murdering a man who was found with stab wounds at a flat in Liverpool.

Muneeb Naseer, 21, was discovered injured at the flat on Arundel Avenue in Toxteth on Tuesday night and died later in hospital.

Mark Hurst, 19, from North Barcombe Road in Childwall, was charged with murder and was due to appear before Liverpool magistrates on Saturday.

A 19-year-old man from Halewood was arrested over the incident on Saturday.

A 19-year-old from Hunts Cross has been bailed pending further inquiries.

Two other men aged 30 and 36, both from the Speke area, are still being questioned by detectives.
