Giorgio 'Giuseppe' Roncari death: Man charged with murder

A man has been charged with the murder of an Italian man whose body was found at a house in Greater Manchester.

Giorgio Roncari, 61, who was also known as Giuseppe, was discovered in Blackburn Street, Salford, on 17 April.

Vincenzo Tavano, 32, of Park Lane in Poynton, Cheshire, has also been charged with fraud and taking a vehicle without consent, police said.

Mr Tavano is due to appear before Salford and Manchester Magistrates' Court later.

A 43-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of murder has been bailed pending further inquiries.
