A missing 16-year-old girl and her brother, 13, are thought to be with a man suspected of their abduction.

Her brother, Noevelle Lupu, has also been reported missing. He was last seen at 10.30 on Wednesday 14 September in Kimberley Street, Oldham.

The siblings may now be in the south of England and port systems have been made aware, Greater Manchester police said.

"Marius Savin does not have their welfare at heart and we are extremely concerned for their safety."
