Murder arrest of boy 14, over Moss Side stab death
A 14-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of murdering a man in the Moss Side area of Manchester.
Abdul Hafidah, 18, was stabbed after he was hit by a car on 12 May. He died later in hospital from a stab wound to the neck.
Police believe he had been chased by a group of men near Greenheys Lane before being hit by a blue Vauxhall Corsa on Moss Lane East and then stabbed.
The teenager is in custody for questioning.
Three others arrested in connection with Mr Hafidah's death have been released on bail until 20 July.
Two 19-year-old men were arrested on suspicion of murder and a 17-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
Police are continuing to appeal for dash cam footage and said the attack took place in a busy area during rush hour.
