Jacinto Cabrera-Vargas death: Three people charged

Three people have been charged following the death of a pedestrian who was hit by a motorbike.

Jacinto Cabrera-Vargas, 67, suffered a head injury after the crash in Rowlandsway, Manchester, on 19 June 2015. He later died in hospital.

A 23-year-old man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and aggravated vehicle taking.

He and two others have been charged with perverting the course of justice.

They have been bailed to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court on 26 April.
