Couple charged after Hilton hotel wedding day 'assault'
A newlywed couple have been charged with public order offences after an alleged assault on their wedding day.
Police were called to the Hilton on Deansgate, Manchester, on 31 May after reports staff had been assaulted.
Nicholas Bigland, 25 has been charged with using threatening, abusive and insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of violence.
Kirsty Bigland, 30, is charged with common assault and a public order offence, both racially aggravated.
The pair, of Mark Avenue, Salford, are due before magistrates on 5 September.
