Woman found dead in Worsley Hall, Wigan, named by police

A woman who was found dead at a house in Greater Manchester has been named by police.

The body of 44-year-old Irene Ainsworth was found at an address on Plane Avenue, Worsley Hall, Wigan, at about 10:45 BST on Monday.

Two men, aged 37 and 46, arrested on suspicion of murder have been bailed by police until 23 May.

Officers said the results of a post-mortem examination to establish the cause of death were inconclusive.
