Manchester man expected to stand trial over rape of boy
A man charged with the rape of a 15-year-old boy in Manchester is expected to stand trial next year.
Domenyk James Lattlay-Fottfoy, 48, of Bloom Street is accused of four counts of rape and false imprisonment.
Mr Lattlay-Fottfoy, who has changed his surname from Noonan, was charged following an incident at a Bloom Street flat in October.
At a Manchester Crown Court hearing a provisional trial date was set for 22 April.
The court heard Mr Lattlay-Fottfoy was due to formally enter pleas to the charges at another hearing on 25 January.
