Urmston murder victim died of neck injury

A 30-year-old man found dead at a factory in Greater Manchester was killed by a neck injury, a post-mortem examination has revealed.

Ferat Kesmez was fatally injured at the Simpson Ready Foods factory on Stretford Road, Urmston, on Friday.

Two men, aged 27 and 31, were arrested on suspicion of murder.

The 27-year-old has been released without charge but the other man remains in police custody for questioning.

Mr Kesmez was a father-of-two from Lytham Road, Urmston.

In a statement his wife, Samantha, said: "Words cannot describe what we are all going through. He was just the best.

"He was a father (baba) to a son aged eight and a daughter aged six.

"He was also a much-loved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, brother-in-law and friend to lots."
