Arrest after man fatally crushed in Barking warehouse machinery
A man has been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter after the death of a man at a storage facility in Barking.
Marian Iancu, 39, died on 16 November when he suffered serious chest injuries while operating machinery at a warehouse in Renwick Road.
The 30-year-old was arrested by officers in Barking on suspicion of manslaughter by gross negligence and bailed until early June.
Mr Iancu, from Romania, was living in Leyton, east London at the time.
A post-mortem examination gave the preliminary cause of his death as chest injuries.
