Teenager stabbed on bus in Sutton

A 15-year-old boy who was stabbed on a bus in south London and suffered life-threatening injuries is in a stable condition.

Police said he was attacked at about 14:30 BST on a 151 bus near the Rose Hill roundabout in Sutton.

It is understood the teenager got off the bus and collapsed on the pavement.

An ambulance crew and air ambulance were sent to the scene. Officers said the teenager was now in a serious but stable condition.

No arrests have been made.
