Cyclist named after fatal Richmond lorry crash

A cyclist who died after a collision with a refuse lorry in south-west London has been named by police.

Henry Lang, 40, from the Twickenham area, suffered serious head injuries in the crash on 21 July. He died a day later in hospital.

Police and paramedics were alerted to the incident on the A316 Kew Foot Road at the junction with St John's Grove, in Richmond, at about 08:00 on Monday.

The Met has urged any witnesses to contact them.

Mr Lang is the eighth cyclist to have died on the city's roads so far this year, Transport for London said.
